At Only Early Learning Centres, we believe in more than just Education—we believe in relationships. Our journey began in 2016, when a group of local families came together, driven by a shared vision: to create a place where children and families could feel truly supported throughout their Early Education journey. From our humble beginnings with the opening of our first centre, Only ELC Norwest, we’ve been dedicated to providing high-quality education and care programs for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years for the past 8 years.
Our focus has always been on building strong, lasting connections—not just between educators and children, but with families and the wider community. We believe that the foundation of a child’s growth is deeply rooted in these relationships, and that’s why our approach is holistic. Family involvement and community engagement are at the heart of everything we do.
Our educational philosophy is grounded in attachment theory, supporting children through emotional recognition and self-regulation, co-regulation and guiding them as they develop emotional intelligence. Through our thoughtfully designed, play-based curriculum, we emphasise intentional teaching strategies that foster individual growth and development. Our comprehensive programs also include Transition to School preparation, ensuring that children are emotionally and educationally ready for the next step in their journey.
Over the years, our commitment to excellence has only grown stronger. In 2020, Only ELC Norwest was honoured to receive the Most Outstanding Early Childhood Centre Award, a testament to the dedication of our team and the trust of our families.
In 2021, we expanded our footprint by opening a brand-new, purpose-built centre in Rouse Hill. Now, three wonderful years later, we are excited to be reaching even more children and families within the Hills District community. Our passion for nurturing young minds and our commitment to building meaningful relationships remains stronger than ever.

Only Early Learning Centre
Only Early Learning Centres have a strong emphasis on supporting families and children through their Early Education journey. Our business provides high quality Education & Care Programs in a Long Day Care setting for children ages 6 weeks to 6years. We provide comprehensive Educational Programs inclusive of Transition to School preparation and a large emphasis on Emotional recognition and self regulation. We believe in a holistic approach inclusive of family and community involvement. The Centre philosophy is strongly based around attachment theory and we incorporate self-regulation & emotional intelligence building into its daily curriculums. Educators take on a play-based approach with strong emphasis on intentional teaching strategies to help the growth and individual development of all the Children across the Service. Our journey began in 2016 when we opened our first centre Only ELC Norwest and since then we have continued to provide high quality care and education into our Norwest service. Most recently Only ELC Norwest won the most outstanding Early Childhood Centre Award in 2020. In 2021, we opened a brand new purposed built centre opened at Rouse Hill to continue our success story. And we believe there will be more to come in the near future.
